    The Export Compliance and International Contract Manager is responsible for preparing and reviewing international business contracts for the purchase or sale of materials and services. International Contract professionals analyze bids            and proposals and ensure that the specifications of binding agreements with customers, vendors, and employees are legal, in compliance with export regulations and comply with company policy. The Export Compliance manager is                    responsible for preparation of permanent and temporary Export Licenses for defense and EAR articles. The Export Compliance manager is responsible for working closely with the Department of State and Commerce on AGM product                classification. The International Contract Manager is responsible for initiating terms and conditions related to Letters of Credit and other nuances related to conducting international business.

Responsibilities

• Understanding and compliance with Department of State and Department of Commerce export regulations.
• Preparation of permanent and temporary Export Licenses for USML and EAR articles.
• Tracking of export licenses and projects through Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Working with the Department of State and Commerce on AGM product classifications.
• Drafting letters and other correspondence to be sent to the Department of State and Department of Defense as well as many other government entities and customers.
  
• Completing all Export Control documentation through the AES program
• Coordination of international government contracts.
• Review and project management of international contracts and contact with the customers with regard to the contract provisions.
• Ensuring Export compliance for all shipments that leave our facility.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Export Compliance and International Contracts Manager experience.
• Minimum experience 3 years, 5+ years preferred.
• English: Speaking, reading and writing.
• Other languages: knowledge of additional languages is a plus but not mandatory
• Computer literate, Microsoft based applications, Quick Books
